At Channel Islands Surfboards, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your equipment. If your purchase doesn't meet your performance needs, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unused items in their original packaging, ensuring surfboards are double-padded to prevent structural damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier; once our warehouse inspects the gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
