How long does it take to ship a stock surfboard?
Stock surfboards typically ship within 2-4 business days. Transit times vary by location, but most domestic orders arrive within 5-7 business days via our specialized board couriers.
Can I order a custom board with specific dimensions?
Yes, our Custom Board Builder allows you to modify dimensions, glassing, and fin setups. Custom orders generally take 6-10 weeks to complete depending on the current production schedule at our Santa Barbara factory.
What is your return policy on surfboards?
Surfboards are eligible for return only if they are in brand-new, unused condition with no wax or traction pads applied. Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery, and the customer is responsible for return shipping and a restocking fee.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently offer shipping to many international destinations. Shipping rates and import duties are calculated at checkout. Please note that surfboard shipping costs vary significantly based on the destination and board length.
What happens if my board arrives damaged?
If your board arrives damaged, you must note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing and contact us within 24 hours. We insure all shipments and will work to provide a replacement or repair as quickly as possible.
Which fin system should I choose for my new board?
We offer both FCS II and Futures fin systems. The choice is largely based on personal preference and your existing fin collection. Both systems provide excellent performance and are compatible with the majority of our board models.
